Voucher: To get the voucher you need to CLOSE the register on the desk in front of Artie
I'll have a look on the other bugs.
Using the crowbar or gun on thep pipe should do nothing, so it just looks like I didn't assign any comment to it, but it seems it looks weird that way.
Coffee and Rosaria sounds like a bug as you should be able to give her the coffee after talking with her. Going to check it!
