Could be windows defender or an antivirus being overprotective, maybe? Sometimes it doesn't like to load from "unknown developers". But if you don't see anything like that, it might need to be downloaded again
its the second time i downloaded it but the same thing i even puted it in the exclusions in the window defender so that shouldnt be a problem when i try to run it it just do a loading curser for a sec and than nothing
