Hi, I'm stuck and I don't know how to advance in the mission, I'm in the mission where I "invade" the cell phone Lindsey, with the cell phone on the screen I can't move or click on anything, can someone help me with this?

In order to proceed you have to scroll up through the texts to the first message from Mer. Once you've done that you'll be able to continue the Quest.
I appreciate the help, but it didn't help much because of the apk I use, when I drag it up or down it ends up opening the settings screen.
