Disabled a lot of features for free in the steam demo.

Are you saying being compensated for our work is a "dick move"?
By definition a demo gives a glimpse of the full experience, and the full game includes everything we've poured our effort into.

I know development is a PITA, but how can you remove working things just like that

I understand. We did not remove content, the demo was cut from a developer branch while the Itch version is our most stable public release so far. This game is still under development.

I understand your explanation, but I still see missing features.

I will be honest, I think the game is fun, but I still dont like the feeling

That the paid version has not.

Also intentionally you sell the 3 versions behind game, on 20 dollars.

The demo has the purpose to show some features the game will have, it has a sneak peek of features that have not fully developed yet and we haven't put into a public version because they are still work in progress.
The Itch version is the most up to date public version we have. It is only 3 versions behind our developer closed beta builds which are not ready for publishing yet.
