I don't have a minimum number. You could have 0 subs and I would still pay you. I just said if you have lots of subs, cool. Not a requirement. Also, it does specify YouTube as the platform.

Anyway, times get really bizarre. Developers would want to pay for somebody making a playthrough of their game on a popular channel, while infact, folks should be thankful that making a playthrough video is not considered equal to just uploading a full copyrighted movie, thus called to legal responsibility.

Games are  becoming scum, not because of their quality, which differs, but because the sheer mass of number questions the purpose of their existence. Wherever randomness becomes a ruling force, I would opt to quit.
