Hi! No, you're right. I actually have the two mixed up ðŸ˜…. It should be: If the result is higher than your Suspicion, the police have nothing on you and you are free to go. If the result is lower than or equal to your Suspicion, the police have enough evidence to arrest you.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm gonna update the pdf. Though it is true that in the game, suspicious and evidence don't necessarily have to match (thinking of cases where you have 1 Suspicion and still ends up not getting away with the murder).
