Well like the Help menu said to do, put it in the garage and under the big opening in the ceiling. Also I looked at the ground and there seems to be a slight shade where the opening is so I put it in the center of that.

I know this is a quite late reply, but I couldn't play the game for a bit due to personal reasons, but once I could I had put the box there and called the drone, it did work, so thanks.
