What happened to the heart menu that show progression on each of the girls and gave hints on how to continue their line?

It's still in the game. In the new UI its the button next to the backpack. This is the "Notes" tab. This is where your stats, powers, leads, and girls menus are located now. Hope it helps :D

Keep progressing. You have to unlock it now by starting Act 2 and leaving the manor. Tried it on the latest update 0.22.1

You're too early lmao. I think you have to progress some now to unlock it. Try getting past the apartment
