I had figured as much. So i upvoted and hopefully the people who have the questions about the game being dead see this

Game is not dead, but the usual 2 weeks schedule for an update had to be put aside as a major update is being made and im guessing Arc can't sideline it any longer

Considering that development seems to be similar To HHG, where the updates are going to be few but large, is there a possible way for people to see how much progress is made for the next update? Or is it a surprise lol

Im pretty sure its possible, and if it is, i know one of the key points is whenever she talks about the old farmer, is when the choice of dialog is most important. Its also important to spend time with her. I would also consult her Heart Card to see what you can do to raise her love for you, that might help

Usually i find that if i cant buy the manor, i have to talk to Jessica about it. If that doesnt help at all, you might actually have a bug

No, by far its not done. The next update is almost guaranteed to double the content that is currently in game, and there is still more to come after the next update

Its implemented in the game itself. You need to progress to get the AI Drone. Once you have it you should have the gallery

Should be sometime this month. Ncrow usually sticks to one a month unless a problem occurs

You have a device. Congrats you can run it lmao. But in all seriousness my computer has 8gb RAM and an i5 on integrated graphics that can run CK. In sure whatever device you have will handle it. If not, well no nicer way than to say get out of the stone age Grandpa

I dont think so, but Act 1 doesnt take that long to get through so long as you know what youre doing

Essentially, youre not coming back to the normal swong of CK for a while. Most of the areas will shutdown and you wont have access to them. This includes most normal areas of the city, and the mountains wont be able to be accessed. I wojld keep a save file there because as of the current state of the game, we're still not able to go the mountains

Im not Arc, but some of these are answerable. 

1. No, not to my knowledge

2. 10(I believe, not sure if I miscounted or missed any in my save)

3. It doesnt affect the story too much, but having them there with you is sorta the game asking if you want to still have these side characters in the story, but they do havw some unique dialog later down the line. It doesnt hurt at all to have them so i would say do it

4. I can't answer 4. But I'm guessing there will be more kids

I guessed as much that life got in the way and that the dev didn't want to have people supporting for nothing. It's understandable but if your not in the know it looks bad

Far as i know, the patreon went down a few months ago. Nothing i saw said as to why, but i have my guesses base don what i remember. As of right now, i wouldnt count on this game getting another updat

Which version do you have? If you only have the free version on itch, its WAY behind the updated pay to play version.

The first game ends story wise when you come across a black screen that says something along the lines of "data successfully exported". As yes, the second game picks up right where the first leaves off. 

However I will say, 2 will not have all the scenes from the 1st game, so don't get rid of the first expecting all the scenes you had to just magically appear in the second game's gallery

Just continue with the college story line. You wont get the last building until the college questline is near completion.

It should just transfer if you update it like normal. I wouldnt count on it per say, but it should be just like a normal game update

Maybe to your surprise, but a lot. I'd wager 4 hours of content if you stop and read everything, bit I might be overestimating it. Also it's more complete if that makes sense. Where "old" Genex Love leaves off has much to be desired from both the story and its characters. Not to mention, the sequel is being made and you won't be able to transfer your data from the first game(cause the sequel is more of a continuation rather than a brand new game) and have all the stuff you had in the first game, including money, items, powers/levels, and lots of things will not make sense. 

I've typed your eyes off here but all in all, the latest version is imo a better version of Genex Love. But I won't force you into anything. You can technically not play the first game, and get a jist of all that happened, but it is worth it's price tag if you ask me.

From what i know, not sure if it brings a sense of peace, but while civilians have been affected, the MC and his army, as well as the Organization, arent out to just kill people. Only the Fey dont really care what dies so long as its human. But my guess is that most of the side characters we know and love are hiding in one of the districts keeping safe until the war dies down

Im not Arc but quite normally an update drops every 2 weeks unless holidays come up, Arc's computer acts up, or family related matters get in the way as the game is less important than Family. Even with every 2 weeks Arc is one of the fastest and most diligent developers on Itch

Not unless someone gave you their save file to my knowledge. There is a way to "speed" through the game, but you would have to know the events inside and out knowing all their triggers and getting from point A to point B the fastest. but it looks like it's back to step 1 for ya unfortunately. 

You should be able to seamlessly transfer youre save from one version to the other. If not, i would consult the discord.

don't worry bout it haha. I don't think you're rude. Sometimes you just want to do your own thing. But sadly, some stories are just built one way and have no extra roads to travel. 

HA! I too feel that they are both just the same screaking guide putting her 2 cents in everh chance she gets. The only thing i hate about Paimon though is that she used to be less wailing and more talking. Look at almost everything story wise before Liyue and her voice for the most part is much more enjoyable. Not sure why they changed it tbh

Locked as of right now. The story is centered around the Main Character being the way he is, fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, that is where the game is going and its not likely going to change.

I might be wrong, but i believe it tells you the directions if you inspect the hat as ot goes into your inventory.

Unfortunately no. You are right that the patreon page seems to not exist anymore, and it doesnt appear on my Patreon account feed either. This must be a recent development. 

I can say, that as of late the creator has not been going through the easiest time with the game. Lots of things not going how it was planned. The creator might have shut down the patron page to "silence" it for a time but im not in the know beyond what was on Patreon

Not sure if there is a way around it right now, but the lead for Dhena cant be finished right now anyway, so youre not missing anything yet beyond where youre at in the story

You might be able to post about it as a bug in the Discord(since that is where Arc is most likely to see it) and see If it can be fixed where she isn't a night owl XD

No problem. I love all the wonderful characters of CK and jumping into Act 3 was actually kinda terrifying with how much happened and not seeing everyone. 

Only thing about that is, you should have had to have gone to her office before ever stepping foot in the manor.

If youre in Act 1, she really isnt present much until you have messed with Emma. Her and Jessica are kinda connected appearance wise it seems for act 1
