I don't think the owners of any of the disembodied dicks would identify as any of those, lol. It's all males and one female wearing a strap-on. :p And the main character (the only one you see the entirety of) is just male. If you're going into this looking for traps, femboys, or tomgirls, you will be very disappointed.
