Any chances of making it for blender? Or is there a way to import it there?

Hello,
You can export animations as fbx and you can import it to Blender without any issues. But you may use some plugins for animation controllers for Mannequin.

I want to use it on Unity, so I guess it would work using it in blender and then importing on Blender

I am not sure about the best practice between Unreal and unity but I may suggest an alternative.
First import the Unity model to unreal , then retarget the animations to the new model and export it . then directly import the animations to unity. Theorically i might work :)

Could I convince you to port these to an FBX using a rig that works with Unity's mecanim bones?

I'd be happy to pay you for any time spent.

Also, do you do commissions?
It's hard to find somebody that makes high quality anims like these.

Hello , thank you so much! I really glad you like the animations.
The fbx has root bone and optimised for unrealengine by using control rig of unreal engine. I haven't tested with Unity.

About the commissions , i would love to make but currently i am working on a game and it consumes all the time i have :(
