Version 0.1.3: (available to download) please share feedback : )

A lot of things changed, but still a Pathfinder build, but now the feedback would be really nice to have.

  • Skill effects improved, now the effect is smaller but there is a second skill after the end of weapon combo that is bigger.
  • Weapon combo added, now the attacks will have diferent animations and speeds, there are 3 diferent attacks and the last one when running will trigger an automatic skill exactly like the skill added before.
    • There are two combos, one when walking and one when running. You can combine the both changing the speed of the character.
    • There is animation cancel but its not at purpose. If feedback is given maybe it stays or it goes.
    • The third attack of any combo will hit in a bigger area so it feels like a finisher attack.
    • The damage is the same for now.
  • Now you can tp to another map if you find the right path.
  • The skill now is triggered with the W key.
  • The attacks are triggered with the Q key and the right mouse button.
  • Enemies have a knockback when hitted by any damage.
  • The weapon now has more resistence, but still broke. 
    • This will change in the future, weapon will first be damaged so you are urged to repair them.
    • In the future if a weapon damaged is not repaired it can be broken and lost. The levels will be conserved to be transfered to another weapon of level 1.
    • You can get a new weapon in the town.
  • Now the crystals dropped by the enemies killed will heal you 20 of life so you can grind the game without dying all the time. 
    • You can still die and the game will reset.
    • Someday i will add spawn to not loose all the progress made. There is no much progress to do yet.
  • Graphics where improved a lot.
    • Water feels more natural. If by natural it looks exactly like the water in my town and it is not drinkable at all and the color is brown.
    • Now the bright objects will make light.
    • The demo is shipped with the lowest graphics possible right now.
    • You can change the settings in the folder of the game: "Hera 0.1.3\Windows\ProyectoHera\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings" by editing the file at hand. Just put 3 where there is 0 so it will look nicer.
    • Shadows where left on so the game feels good.
    • The game requires at least 2GB of vram aprox. and a GPU better than a GTX 750. This is an estimation by watching the usage in my PC it can change on other PC. Feedback is welcome.
  • The game has now a UI but its a pathfinder, just like the rest of the demo. 
  • There is now Mana on the game and the weapon level and exp is shown in the UI.
    • Weapon level up but doesn't change the stats yet.
    • The skill in W will use 25 of the 100 mana, so you can use it 4 times. The mana refills automatically.
    • Skill in the 3rd attack of running combo will also use mana and not trigger if there isn't enough.
