How the hell Rampardos made it across the ocean will be a mystery, I'm sure I can come up with some excuse to bring her back though.
If the MC didn't go to her side scene, I guess it would just be a different Rampardos that shows up

The explanation is in the rant. They got the information that there was a Rampardos on Mt. Coronet so they went to relocator to the island she put up resistance, but she realized that she could see the MC again at this island and she wanted to see him again
