Have you tried the easy mode version? If not you can activate it before heading in; there's a shining star on the far left of the fence before you go through the doors. It'll slow the chickens down by quite a bit.
IT seems that its not possable to use easy mode if you have saved wile entering the mini game , could you possably add an option for it in the minigame itself?
Sorry bud, development on this game is permanently closed so it won't be getting any more updates. I'd highly recommend you save in multiple different slots going forward just in case you hit a snag
