When taking photos of the different stones all over the map and transferring the last one, the game crashes, then I restart the game but after a few seconds it freezes again with an error message

Can you zip up your crash log and email to dave@kinkyfridays.com
you can find the logs here C:\Users\ {userName}\AppData\Local\SapphireSafari\Saved\Logs
Also please make sure your drivers are up to date.
