Did you try to redownload it? Sometimes archives can get problems on downloads. Not common but it can happen

Sorry for the late reply, yeah I tried re-downloading it a few times on both laptops.Rly confused why it doesn't work, since it indeed was working before the 2nd chapter u_u

It says "RPGVXAce RTP is required to run the game."

Had this with a lot of games and I still don't know how to fix it, even after looking it up a lot of times :'D

Oh, that's a easy one. You need to download the RPGVXAce Runtime.

Here's the Link: https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages select "RPG MAKER VX ACE" then click download now.

then just extract the archive you just downloaded and execute the installer.
