oh no, it's solely because they can't actually do it in the show (in base form), not for balancing purposes. Speaking of which, I'm still iffy about whether or not I should balance the game or leave it more based on canonical ability and power.
I mean cannocial power sounds fun and very broken. its cuz every character in this game has a different power level. sonic can have fast reflexes and Mario has smart reflex
