Wow! As a mystery lover, the plot was very compelling - I really enjoyed the premise and the time loop / limbo aspect. The game runs well and smoothly, and I can tell it took some work to code! The animated art also goes a long way in immersion, I only wish there was some audio to match the setting as well. Sound can be such a large part of horror/mystery, and I think it would really bring out some of the more impactful moments in your writing (the figure reveal, the TV, etc.)
When I reached what I think was the ending (petting the cat), I did feel a little confused because while I had my guesses as to where the plot was going and the MC's place in it, I didn't really receive a payoff as to what the time loop or the car accident was about. Maybe I missed something.
All in all, your gameplay loop, pun not intended, is really fun and intriguing to go through each loop and wonder what's different. Can't wait to see the finished product!
