Thanks for the offer to join the Beta.
At the moment that is a VIP Tier perk at patreon or substar.

I am thinking about how to restructure that as I have also one time contributors who paid me 30$+ and I have to think about some additional value for such donations as well...

Totally understand. 

Definitely I would consider any option for a one time contribution. I'm no Itch expert, but I've seen other games "paywalling" their early access releases here behind a one time donation. I already picked some, and would definitely do it for SJX. 

Regardless, best luck with the new release and I'll be looking forward the wider releases. 👍
