Inside your game folder "Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\" run a file called 'UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe' it will install all the necessary files.

I can't find that file. After opening Engine folder I have only 2 folder named "Content" and "Binaries"

Wait till the next update, it's coming soon. It will contain everything you need to launch it.
