Wait, I have an idea for the PC. What if you added a feature where different components can become the criteria. For example, a PC's minimum requirement is 200 PP or 400 GP or 9 MB of RAM, etc. So you will have the minimum requirement to be a Pentium 4, don't focus on extending the game, focus of increasing the quality of the set time the game is.
No you can still play old games on a computer and thus it could play a simple game. right now it only takes about an hour to get through to the end so I think more content should be better for now(Of course better quality content will eventually be better than more content after all who wants to play a game that's years long).
It's a good idea, but it's only applicable for PC and single platform. what if we target multiple platform? different systems have vastly different power, and they are not comparable. I tried to simplify it by using PP and GP as a way to measure their power but in real life if you optimize a game it can run on any platform. It's a problem I don't have a solution for yet.
