I do this but then nothing happens,A ladle appears but i cant interact with it

yes, then we go to the class room and we try to make a potion. I can add 3 red flowers or 3 blue flowers but cant seem to create a potion. Theres no interaction after adding 3 flowers
just need click click up aroow in the spoon, then you will craft the item
