I haven't added the intro skip yet because the opening section has been receiving new scenes and several changes. Most likely, the next update will include an option to skip it.
Oh yes, in that case, no. These missions are optional and usually have just one scene among many in the update. And of course, you can vote on which fetish will be in the next patch. It doesn’t affect the main story or the side quests (except for characters with specific themes, like Alex and the femboy theme).
