If you downloaded v0.14, then what is in the update log is in the game.
when i click in the menue on the log it stays the new content.but i haven´t in the game.i this because i use a savegame from 0.13
No, if the version and changelog are correct, then the content is in the game, it is impossible for there to be no v0.14 content in a v0.14 version
