Game is released as is and development is not going to be continued as explained in store description so there won't be Linux or any other OS versions.
You could try to contact them directly to ask. Semih Parlayan is probably the best choice seeing he's still in contact with at least two of Anchored's developers thru his involvement with TeamCrew and open sourcing would require consent from everyone involved. He's also main programmer of Raft btw.
