I really enjoyed this game. Of course the moving background is visually captivating, but I also really enjoyed your text descriptions of each door, and how each choice made a genuine impact on the rest of the game, like finding the remote and using it in the red room, or instead looking on the desk and going to the vending machine. Every choice made feels so final and also so high stakes in a way. There is a sense of risk in the choice to grab a banana instead of a chocolate bar, and unlike most twine games, you don't give us the opportunity to turn back. I think this is a very smart mechanic because it kept me playing longer, and trying to find new things. (still can't find the code to the safe). I also really enjoyed that the wait mechanic was useless, because I did click it 50 times before moving on. I think that this strange dream sequence was a sensible story to tell using this platform, because it highlights the risk of choice in an engaging way.
