Can't even create a new account as my other email address was used there a long time before this one.

Aw that's a bummer. I got a response and here's part of it: "FYI, I forwarded your PM to j***************. He should be able to sort out things." I'll let you know when/if I hear anything else. So I guess we just have a bit of patience till it gets sorted.
