Out of curosity, have you considered publishing on Steam? I've seen other NSFW projects publishing there now. And frankly your game is A LOT more developed than 90% of them.
Just so you know there are countries (I only know of Germany) where NSFW Games are banned in Steam (Regulations are hard around them) so every Steam only NSFW game cant really get costumers from those Countries.
