Yes, the plan is to put it on DriveThru as well - one of todays' jobs. (I did itch first as I find the interface much, much easier.)
I hadn't noticed that DriveThru don't charge VAT on digital products to customers in the UK and EU. They should - I find it hard to believe that they're absorbing those costs themselves.
I don't know if you've seen my blog, but I occasionally put Other London content there as well. (My reflections on running The Dead Undead is next week's post.)

(One of the things I don't like about DTRPG is that they don't like publishers linking to external sites in promotional messages. )
