Update- just updated my phone software version and it installed instead of giving me another error :) really enjoying the game have played through everyone routes besides darius
Anyways it could probably be your browser of choice, since some seem to cause apks to ham sometimes and not install stuff. But since your issue is resolved there's no worries there, although, if I were you, I would keep this in mind next time I wanted to download something else.
