Yes, I am aware of this, however the concern here is with Sofia. Whereby her scenes are no longer availble after the completion of Mario's quest
You do get a different one time scene with Sofia however. Didn't bother to see if it's repeatable on Friday.
I'm wondering if this was before an update, but you can revisit her at the gas station the same day you bust Mario. O_o After, she will invite you to her place. (Her place is located on the Sea Shore/Beach.)
