Why is there no quest after doing the promised with Lenora ??? Please help

Ohh, why didn't you finish the act 2 and it already has act 3 ???
Act 3 hasn't been started/not currently in the game. Only act 1 and some of act 2 are in the game right now. If you're talking about when making a new game, you can select an act to jump to, the act 3 button currently does nothing.
