I see. In this case, the save transfer should happen automatically. Though, there's a chance it won't happen at to be honest. When you'll install the new (full version) apk, it should detect the old version and install as an update. If this won't happen, then saves won't transfer on their own. Don't know how or why you are running an apk on a desktop, so can't provide any details there.
