Are you playing on an older device? if so, that might be a problem because some older iPhones don't have enough memory storage in browsers.

nah theres no error the games just crashes and goes back to this screen but full grey I have the same
I see, it does seem like it's an issue with iPhone's browser memory.
There's sadly not much that can be done about it besides maybe trying a different browser
