How to Report a Bug
NOTICE: If you have already reported the bug via the engine, you do not need to create a post here. We will check your uploaded file, comment, and address the issue. However, you can continue if you wish to discuss the matter further.
- Create a new post here.
- Title
- Use a descriptive title such as “Crash while playing <Card ID>” or “Cannot play <Card ID>”.
- Body
- If you uploaded via the engine:
- Describe the expected result.
- Include the uploaded file name.
- (UI display bug needed only) Add a screenshot.
- If you upload via third-party services:
- Mention the game version.
- Describe the expected result.
- Include the download link for the save file.
- (UI display bug needed only) Add a screenshot.
- If you do not have a save file:
- Mention the game version.
- Specify the scenario.
- Describe the expected vs. actual results and detail the steps to reproduce the bug.
- (UI display bug needed only) Add a screenshot.
- If you uploaded via the engine:
- Tag
- Select “bug_card” for card bugs.
- Select “bug_ui” for UI display bugs.
How to Upload Your Save File
Upload the Save File via the Engine
- Click the
Log
button on the right sidebar. - Click the
Report Bug
button in the log menu. - Click the
Upload
button. - You will receive the name of your uploaded file.
Upload the Save File via Third-Party File Services
- If the game:
- Crashes: The game will automatically generate a file named “crash.json” in the game’s directory.
- Doesn’t crash: You can manually create a save file by clicking the “QSave” button on the right sidebar. This action will create a file named “save_0.json” in the game’s directory.
- Upload the newly generated file to pastebin.com or other services.
- Include the download link of the save file in your post.
Other Rule
- Check if the bug has already been reported to avoid duplicates.
