I'm sorry, but I'm really not sure what could be causing that. I've tried it on many devices, browsers and platforms and it's more or less always just worked!
I'm sorry, but I'm really not sure how to troubleshoot this one. Edge works fine on both of my devices. Some googling around tells me that it might be related to using Intel integrated video cards. Might be worth updating your drivers (or better yet: switching to non-integrated GPU if possible) and trying again.
