I'm playing on gamepad, and when I press Start, then navigate the cursor over to Settings, then press the "ok" button (i.e. A on Xbox), instead of opening the settings, it takes me back to my boat.
Thank you for your report, that bug has now been squished, update the game to solve your issue :)
