Thank You! I am curious as to how you got it to work but it's up to you if you want to explain or not. Thanks for your support!

No problem! First of all, I only used unity package (I checked "FBX" and "ALT FBX" but they need additional modifications for importing to unreal engine, which I'm not good at). Secondly, I used a paid plugin called "UMotion" in unity, which can convert *.anim files with a skeletal mesh container to a fbx file. This fbx file can be imported into unreal engine with a model. Thirdly, UE5.4 can easily auto retarget this fbx file to any standard skeleton mesh in unreal engine.

hello! Is there a chance you could help me with exporting these animations to ue? I tried doing it myself with lukewarm results, your screen looks much better

I think they, Exported the Animations from Unity to Unreal, with a Unity Asset Name "UMotion". I'm assuming they imported the animations into Unity, baked them on the Unreal Mannequins' FBXs using UMotion then imported the baked FBXs to Unreal.

Yeah I figured, but I don't know anything about the unity hence wanted some help with that :D

BTW, do you want me to provide these converted fbx files or UE project to you? These will surely help your selling and UE developers.

Thanks for the explanation, I think this will really help me fix the problem with the FBX files, you don't need to provide the files, I think I can fix the problem now.
