There's literally a TL;DR at the end of the three paragraph article:

TL;DR

Less time and will
Dissatisfaction with the game-making tool
Want to move on to things with better job prospects and start from scratch
Infinitely growing scope - more features than I've ever wanted

Are you planning making anouther game, you are known, you could even sell it, Im really hard to ger into a game and I really liked the game you made, if you dont will do something please, you could pass it or sell it to someone that would continue the game, one of your friends or something.

Yes, I'd like to make another game. I'm glad you enjoyed Hardware Tycoon, unfortunately development will not be continued.
Let's hope the future has better things in store!

so, does it mean that you will stop developing at all? or other projects wil be released soon? if other project will be released anytime what will be it's topic

Yes, Hardware Tycoon will not be updated.
I will announce any future project once it's more set in stone and I have more time to work on it.
