what do you mean the mc don't know who they I know when someone confused if they are male or female or other they say that but my mc born male and staying that way so i just click I know who i am? or is there different meaning to it DX sorry i just don't know

I don't get notifications for itch.io so I'm sorry the reply is late. When the main character says they don't know who they are they aren't talking about gender or sex at all. They are talking about their personality, who they are as a person. They don't know yet.
