Thank you! I haven't played TMNT, but I really enjoy some other Palladium settings, mainly Rifts.
I wanted to add more about the TELEFORM as I love worldbuilding, but I wasn't sure how to balance out how much lore to add compared to the rules of the game. I'll have to look at other people's submissions and see what how they did it.
