I went back and forth between using the mouse wheel or the mouse X,Y movement to scale and realized from your message that I forgot to update the text so I do apologize for the confusion- as for the jump length, it's fine as is. I should have been more transparent with the player, but for a lot of jumps you are supposed to scale the platform while you're on them to reach higher lengths and scale other platforms (down) to make the jumps doable.
