So, am I confused, or is the case that every time, in the example, you mention changing something in the dungeon, the exact same thing appears? 
Here's a 3x3 dungeon... Roll the dice, cross out stuff... and it looks the same? Cross out alternate, it looks the same? Cross out monsters, and it looks the same?! Is there something I'm missing?!
