Try to run the game form inner folder, "The Price of Immortality \ Windows \ LowResJam_4096 \ Binaries \ Win64 \ LowResJam_4096-Win64-Shipping.exe". On some computers it help.
This visual c++ stuff is some microsoft libraries required to run some applications, especially games, sorry for the inconvenience :(
