I don’t understand the high-res for android does it change anything,also and if it does how do I download it I am confused

The game is rendered in 1080p but for the compressed version it just compresses the overall image and video quality. On small screens its not that noticeable tbh!
And updating it would be downloading the .rpa and placing it in the "game" folder, like you would've done initially installing the game. You can then delete the old .rpa!
