I can't find the .exe file. The rar wasn't broken, I have windows with current 64 bit java downloaded, and it just won't appear. Is the itch download by any chance busted?
Itch application can have issues, it has embedded unpacking option so it MAY broke archieve. Same can happen with Windows embedded unpacking tool. Best if you just download .rar via browser and unpack it with something like 7Zip, its free and simple unpacking tool.
