I fixed the issue by using the Itch.io program, maybe it's browser related? Do you all use chrome?
Using Chrome I couldn't download the Desktop App; Same thing as before.
Using Firefox I was able to download the Desktop App but was not able to download the Win64 Version; Win32 Version downloaded successful.
Using the Itch.io Desktop App I was able to download the Win64 Version.
