This is an interesting way to construct a mystery, something that's always hard in a RPG... My small gripe would be that the text just throws you into the setup without setting the stage a little - a sentence or two about why your at the mansion, just enough to paint the picture would help a bit I think... I really like the way you use cards to build the house as well... overall well done!

hay. Thanks for giving it a go, glad you enjoyed it. Yeah in the first draft there was a section about setting the scene, the idea is to work with your players before hand to figure out the over arching setting and what is going on, but in order to keep it to one page for the Jam it was made for I had to take it out. I plan to do a revised ruleset with a bunch of optional rules I have including the set up for having the players added to the pool of potential murderes.
