I think the next step for improving the overall vibe for more people to enjoy it is simple.
1: change the pov so its third person, not 2nd person. Almost no one wants to be the rape victim directly.
2: change twilight sparkle's name to anything else Dawn Shimmer, Twilight Shine, Dusk Dawnbreaker, or something. (this is entirely personal and biased on me)
3: add in a very clear warning in the start of the game that this is a rape fiction game, and what kind of rape fiction
4: add in a no-sex route so that more people can find a way to enjoy the world and story, yes they miss a lot of content, that's okay. it will help with visibility.
none of these need to happen, and I'm just one eldritch abomination who's overly opinionated on ponies. So take this with a grain of salt, or with an entire can of salt. It's just what came to mind to help make it easier for people to get into it.
It would be amazing to see this take off, otherwise people are going to have to wait 10+ years for our art to catch up to this level and then I still don't get something to enjoy personally XP
