I have but arms and hands have always evaded me i end up with a contortionist with weirdly sized arms

You just need to observe real body's and put in your mind that ...... everything occupies space.... try studying 3d shapes first.....if you can draw 3d shapes in any angle you want....you will be able to build a proper body when you be able to keep proportions and anatomy in mind.....

Drawing the outline of things is the wrong way of seeing drawing.....you need to understand what 3d shapes make an object....even though....you don't see them...they make a big difference.....

I i understand what you mean exactly and i can see i but i cant put onto the paper

I may take this project to source and use their modeler then I can rig it use my haptic suit and animate something

make a straight line going from the shoulder to the wrist. then, make a line perpendicular to the one you just made, touching its middle. however long the second line is, if you put the character's elbow at the end of it, it shouldn't look off.

example of what you need to do, poorly done in MS paint with a trackpad because I don't have my tablet with me:

You have a track pad ive had you make my art in ms paint with a half broken mouse
